Filing a notice

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material you say infringes it with the exact TechBoilers address, give your name and reliable contact details, state in good faith that the use is not authorised, state under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and carry your signature.

Send notices to admin@techboilers.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. Incomplete notices delay a response.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, a counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former address, give your contact details, state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and carry your signature. Seek legal advice if you are unsure.

Repeat infringement

Where applicable we restrict users who repeatedly infringe copyright. Knowingly false notices carry legal consequences. This page is not legal advice.
