Oppo A38
Oppo recently unveiled its new device, the Oppo A38, which was slightly revealed on the company’s website in UAE. The phone comes with a 50MP primary camera and an essential LTE-only chipset, despite the UAE having 5G in all significant city regions across the country.
Features and specifications
The Oppo A38 features a 6.56″ LCD with HD+ resolution, up to 90 Hz refresh rate, and a touch sampling rate of 90 Hz as well. There’s also a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera, which houses a 5MP sensor. The back of the phone has two cameras, but only the main one is useful. It is 50 MP with f/1.8 aperture and autofocus. The second one is a 2 MP depth sensor.
The phone’s chipset is Mediatek Helio G85, and it includes 4GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The micro SD slot allows for up to 1 TB of additional storage.
Oppo’s A38 has a 5,000 mAh battery with the support of 33W SuperVOOC charging as well as basic PD (9V/1.5A). The Oppo AE division claimed that the phone would receive updates for the next 2.5 years, which is a good thing given that this is a phone on the lower end of the pricing range.
The dual sim functionality, a 3.5 mm audio jack, the most recent Bluetooth 5.3, and all significant GNSS protocols are additional characteristics that merit mentioning. Black and Gold are two dazzling hues in which the Oppo A38 will be available. However, we don’t know the cost or when it will be available.
