Realme 11 series has been confirmed for a May launch in China. There will be a total of three devices to launch next month according to rumors. Realme 11 will be the standard variant while the Pro series will include a standard 11 Pro and the top-end 11 Pro+.
Realme 11 Pro+ has been spotted on the TENAA website. Moreover, the standard Realme 11 Pro has also been spotted. Both devices will have upgraded designs and impressive main cameras. Specifications have also been leaked. These seem solid midrange devices.
Realme 11 Pro+ Design
The back has a circular camera module at the center with a centered Realme logo. This is an all-new design implemented by the Chinese brand. It looks like there is a whole ring light instead of a regular flashlight. This feature has previously been seen on the OPPO F21 Pro as well. Furthermore, at the front, there is a curved AMOLED display.
Realme 11 Pro+ Specifications (Rumored)
The device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset. Moreover, it will have a 6.7″ FHD+ OLED panel which will be curved around the edges. The display will have a 120Hz refresh rate as well. In addition, the device will pack a 5000 mAh battery and will measure 8.2mm thick. The weight of the device will be only 183 grams. The top-end storage variant will be equipped with 1TB storage and 16GB RAM.
Moving on to the cameras, the 11 Pro+ will boast a 200MP sensor. This will be the first midrange device to have a 200MP sensor. I guess, after making 108MP a norm, now is the turn of 200MP devices. However, the standard 11 Pro will have a 100MP sensor. There will be an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP sensor on the 11 Pro+. While the vanilla model will lack the ultra-wide sensor. The front selfie shooters on the 11 Pro and Pro+ will be 16MP and 32MP sensors respectively.
Opinion on the Realme 11 Pro+
The device seems a premium midrange phone. It will have decent performance with the Mediatek chip. Moreover, the battery experience will be pleasant. Generally, cameras are the biggest question mark on a mid-tier device. However, these devices seem to have good enough systems with powerful main cameras. The design is great and something new from Realme. The ring light-shaped flash and the rounded camera module with centered branding look clean and striking at the same time.
