OnePlus has unveiled its latest concept phone, the OnePlus 11 Concept, which features the world’s first Active CryoFlux micropump active liquid cooling heat dissipation technology. While the company has no plans to release the OnePlus 11 concept phone, the technology will be used in future OnePlus phones.
Exclusive Technology for Miniaturized Liquid-Cooled Cooling
The OnePlus 11 Concept Edition is the first mobile phone to miniaturize liquid-cooled cooling technology. To achieve this, OnePlus has created exclusive technologies such as piezoelectric ceramic micropump, self-developed multilayer diaphragm structure, and precision runner cutting and processing. These technologies have obtained more than 30 related patents.
Piezoelectric Ceramic Micropump Technology
The piezoelectric ceramic micropump technology is the strong heart of the micropump active liquid cooling heat dissipation technology. It has an external size that is only 1/20 of the industry’s traditional impeller pump and can achieve more than 2 times the driving force of the same size impeller pump. This technology is prepared with the most advanced MEMS processing technology.
Self-Developed Multi-Layer Diaphragm Structure
The new self-developed multi-layer diaphragm structure enables the welding and sealing of ultra-thin shells less than 0.038mm, solving the shortcomings of the original traditional liquid cold plate of complex and poor process reliability. It achieves a super water vapor barrier effect, with better thickness and feel of the whole machine.
Precision Laser Cutting Processing
The surgical-grade “precision laser cutting processing” process further improves the overall liquid cooling and heat dissipation by redesigning the internal liquid-cooled runner and using the surgical-grade precision laser cutting processing process to cut and process the runner with high precision.
Cooling Performance and Design
OnePlus claims that through this technology, in heavy-load scenarios such as Genshin, the battery cover temperature can be reduced by up to 3-4°C, and the frame rate stability can be improved by more than 4 frames. In addition, Active CryoFlux reduces the temperature of the phone by 1.6°C while charging, reducing charging time by approximately 30 to 45 seconds.
In terms of design, the OnePlus 11 concept version is extremely futuristic, with a bending angle of 84 degrees that far exceeds the industry’s norm. The four edges are close to right angles, and the grip feels rounded and delicate. The rear lens area adopts the same CNC guilloché engraving process of the watch and has undergone more than 40 processes to form 225 sharp mountain textures, with better light and shadow effects, and is particularly three-dimensional and advanced.
