OPPO Find X6 Series is bound to launch in the first quarter of the year 2023. Moreover, the Find X6 Pro will be one of the first flagships powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2. This next-gen chipset is expected to be a huge leap forward in terms of performance in the Android world. Furthermore, the Find X6 will most probably be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1. The alleged design of the Find X6 has been exposed by Evan Blass.
Design
The OPPO Find X6 has an entirely different design from its predecessor. The Find X5 Pro had a striking design which at first looked rather irregular. However, it grew on the audience very quickly. This time around, the Find X6 has a larger camera module. The design seems very similar to the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. For comparison, here is what the Find X5 Series module looked like.
Expected Specifications
Firstly, let us take a look at the rumored specifications of the Pro model. The device will be using a 6.7″ 2K OLED E6 display. Most probably, it will be a 120Hz refresh rate panel. The latest and greatest from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 will be powering the Find X6 Pro. It will be coupled with 8 or 12 gigs of RAM and either 128, 256, or 512 gigs of internal storage. Furthermore, the device will pack a 5000 mAh battery with 100W wired charging support. In addition, it will also have 50W wireless charging support. The device will be running the latest ColorOS 13 based on Android 13.
There will be a triple-camera setup at the rear. The main sensor will be an IMX989 50MP 1″ sensor. Moreover, the other two sensors will be a 50MP ultra-wide and a 50MP telephoto lens. The front selfie shooter will be a 32MP sensor. OPPO will be including the MariSilicon X Gen2 NPU in the Find X6 Pro. Adding on, the device will also have the Hasselblad tuning borrowed from OnePlus. The differences between the standard X6 and the X6 Pro will be negligible this time around. The major difference that is rumored as of now is the use of an older chipset. The OPPO Find X6 will be using the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 instead of the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen2 on the X6 Pro.
