iQOO 9T 5G has been announced officially in India. It succeeds the iQOO 9 launched earlier this year. The Vivo sub-brand has released another flagship device. However, it only comes with some incremental upgrades to its predecessor. Moreover, there have been slight changes to the design as well. Drastic updates were not expected. As this is the T version of their flagship, it was meant to be only an incremental upgrade to the iQOO 9.

Specifications

The device is powered by the latest and greatest chip from Qualcomm, Snapdragon 8+ Gen1. Moreover, the device uses LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage. This will help the device achieve fast read and write speeds and have excellent RAM management. At the front, there is a 6.78″ AMOLED display. It is an E5 OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. In addition, it has a peak brightness of 1500 nits.

Furthermore, the device packs a 4700 mAh battery. The device supports a maximum speed of 120 watts while charging. Moreover, the two different variants of the iQOO 9T 5G measure 8.37mm and 8.45mm respectively. The weight also differs by 1g. One weighs 205g while the other weighs 206g.

For the cameras, the device comes with a triple-rear camera setup. The main sensor is a 50MP GN5 sensor. It also features optical image stabilization. The other sensors include a 13MP and a 12MP lens. Moreover, the device also has Vivo’s V1+ Chip. Furthermore, the selfie shooter at the front is housed inside a punch-hole cutout. It has a resolution of 16MP. The device also has NFC. In addition, it also features an IR blaster. Overall, this device seems like a decent upgrade. Let us know your thoughts about the iQOO 9T 5G.
