POCO F4 will be launched soon in the global market. It will be a rebranded version of the Redmi K40s. Furthermore, the F4 will bring design changes and minor upgrades over its predecessor. The POCO F3 was an instant hit due to its value proposition. Its successor’s sales also depend on the price it will be launched.

Launch Date

The brand has officially unveiled the launch date for the device. POCO F4 will be launching on June 23rd globally. However, this may not be the launch date for Pakistan for now. Due to increasing dollar rates and taxation, smartphone brands are now revisiting their launch strategies in Pakistan. Hence, we can’t expect the same value for money phones like last year. Last year’s POCO F3 is still selling in Pakistan because it still offers better value than the latest phones.

Specifications

Firstly, the POCO F4 will be offering a new design. It will arrive with flat edges and a sleek body of only 7.7mm thick. However, the display will be more or less the same as the last generation. It will be a 6.67″ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate protected by Gorilla Glass 5. In addition, it will also feature Dolby Vision. Furthermore, the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 870 which will be paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage.

The phone will pack a 4500 mAh battery with 67W fast charging. Moreover, it will feature a 64MP main camera at the rear that will be OIS-supported. It will be accompanied by an 8MP and a 2MP sensor. The front-facing camera will be a 20MP sensor. F4 will also feature dual speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Lastly, the device will have an X-axis motor for haptic feedback as well.
