Samsung Galaxy z Flip 4 specs have been shown on the Benchmark score. A benchmark test reveals the first technical characteristics of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. We can see that the gadget is powered by a more advanced version of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.
The first mention of a Galaxy Z Flip 4 has just been added to the Geekbench benchmark test database. In this example, it is the American variant with the model number SM-F721U. However, we anticipate that the gadget will have roughly the same hardware everywhere it is sold. After all, this is also true with the Z Flip 3.
We can also observe that Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 has 8 GB of RAM and runs Android 12. The latter comes as no surprise, while the former isn’t much better than the existing Flip.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4’s Battery
The battery module for the Galaxy Z Flip4 was posted on 3C Certification this morning, confirming that this model would have a 3595mAh Secondary Li-ion twin battery (maybe Typical Value).
Last week, details on the batteries that would be included in the Galaxy Z Fold 4 became available. They turned out to be roughly equivalent to those in the current Fold 3. Now we also have details on the two batteries that will be included in the Galaxy Z Flip 4.
We learnt that the SM-F721 device will receive two batteries with the model numbers EB-BF721ABY and EB-BF722ABY. Samsung refers to the first battery as the’sub’ battery, but it is the larger of the two. 2400 mAh is the so-called rated capacity. That’s 100 mAh more than the Z Flip 3’s’sub’ battery from 2021.
Despite its modest size, the second battery is the’main’ one, with a capacity of 903 mAh. This is the exact same size as the Z Flip 3’s smaller battery.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4’s two batteries have a combined capacity of roughly 3300 mAh, while the Z Flip 3’s overall capacity is approximately 3200 mAh. The Z Flip 4’s claimed (typical) capacity will then be around 3400 mAh (Z Flip 3: 3300 mAh). That’s not a significant difference, but when it comes to batteries, bigger is better.
