OnePlus Nord 2T and Nord CE 2 Lite have been officially launched in Europe. The Nord 2T starts at 399 Euros while the CE 2 Lite starts at 299 Euros. Nord 2T is a direct successor to Nord 2. OnePlus Nord 2 was a hit in terms of sales. However, it lost its easy recommendation status later on. As some Nord 2 users started reporting their phones blasting. OnePlus didn’t clear the air and the mysterious cases started appearing again and again. It will be interesting to see whether OnePlus has worked on stability issues on its successor.
OnePlus Nord 2T
OnePlus Nord 2T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset. This processor brings some minor upgrades to the Dimensity 1200. Furthermore, the device sports a 6.43″ FHD+ 90Hz OLED screen similar to the Nord 2.
One of the main highlights of the device is its 80W fast charging support for the 4500 mAh battery. Nord 2T borrows the 80W SuperVOOC charging from the flagship 10 Pro. Moreover, the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset is paired with 6GB/8GB RAM along with 128GB/256GB storage options.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite is powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC. Moreover, it has a 6.59″ LCD panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The display is an FHD+ resolution panel. Furthermore, the Nord CE 2 Lite packs a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The device will be available in 6/8GB RAM and 128GB storage configurations. There is no alert slider and the fingerprint sensor is mounted on the side.
Moving on, the device has a triple-rear-camera setup. A 64MP main sensor is accompanied by 2MP mono and 2MP macro sensors. In addition, the front camera is a 16MP sensor. It is housed inside a punch-hole towards the top-left of the display. Lastly, the device also has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
