Today being the 20th of April 2022, Xiaomi officially announced the Redmi 10 power with a new leather finished cover at the back. The Redmi 10 Power also comes with more ram. This is a fancier version of the Redmi 10 that is already in Inda. It was announced on March 17 2022.

The additional upgrade brings the RAM capacity up to 8 GB. While the vanilla model only comes with 4 and 6 GB options. Storage is set at 128 GB with a dedicated microSD slot you can use to add more.
However, the price is not the same. Redmi 10 Power price in India is set at Rs. 14,999 for the sole 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. While the Redmi 10 is set at Rs. 10,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. while the 6GB R+ 128GB

Redmi 10 Power specs
The dual-SIM (Nano) Redmi 10 Power runs on Android 11 with MIUI 13 on top and features a 6.7-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with 400 nits of peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC, along with Adreno 610 GPU and 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The Company says that users can also virtually expand available RAM by utilising up to 3GB of inbuilt storage 3GB.
For photos and videos, the Redmi 10 Power features a dual rear camera setup comprised of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture lens and a 2-megapixel portrait sensor with an f/2.4 aperture lens. The handset offers a 5-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture lens, for selfies and video calls.

The smartphone offers 128GB of UFS 2.2 and inbuilt storage and that is expandable (up to 512GB) via a dedicated microSD card slot. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, a proximity sensor and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.

Redmi 10 comes with a 60 Hz refresh rate 6.70-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720×1648 pixels (HD+). The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection. Redmi 10 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Redmi 10 runs Android 11 and is powered by a 6000mAh battery. The Redmi 10 supports proprietary fast charging.
Connectivity options on the Redmi 10 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Redmi 10 supports face unlock.
The Redmi 10 on the rear packs a dual-camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.12-micron.

The Redmi 10 is running MIUI 13 and is based on Android 11 and comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage that is expanded via a microSD card with a dedicated slot. The Redmi 10 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards
