Samsung Galaxy A13 & A23 Announced Via Press Release!

Samsung has announced its latest budget offerings via press release. Galaxy A13 & A23 are the two devices announced by the Korean giants. Both phones will be coming soon to the Pakistani market. LTE variants of both devices were launched today. Let’s take a look at what Samsung is offering with their latest budget devices:

Samsung Galaxy A13

The Galaxy A13 comes with a 6.6″ TFT display protected by Gorilla Glass 5 with a resolution of 1080×2408. Dimensions of the device measure 165.1 x 76.4 x 8.8mm. Moreover, the phone weighs 195g. Galaxy A13 packs a 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Samsung has not named the chipset of the device. They have just stated that it’s an octa-core chipset. Furthermore, the device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security as well as Knox support.

For the cameras, it has a quad-camera setup at the back. The main sensor is a 50MP lens. It is accompanied by a 5MP ultra-wide, 2MP depth, and 2MP macro lens. Moreover, the selfie shooter at the front is an 8MP sensor housed in a waterdrop notch at the front. The phone will be running Android 12 based One UI 4.1. Lastly, the device comes in four colors; Black, White, Blue, and Peach.

The Galaxy A23 is almost identical to the A13. The processor used in the A23 is different than the one powering the A13. However, it is not specified which chipset has been used. Furthermore, it has the same display as the A13 and the same battery size. It also supports the same 25W charging speeds as the A13. The dimensions of the device measure 165.4 x 76.9 x 8.4mm and it weighs 195g. A23 also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner with Knox security built-in as well.

For the cameras, it has the same quad-camera setup at the rear. A 50MP main, 5MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is the same 8MP sensor as the A13 housed inside a waterdrop notch. Lastly, the color options of the device are also the same as the A13; Black, White, Blue, and Peach.
