The device comes in a flat-edge design. Moreover, the back-plate is glossy and completely flat. The rails are in a matte finish. The camera module is in a unique rectangular shape covering the top portion of the back. Furthermore, there is a 108MP main camera that is lifted from the camera bump. The other three sensors and the flash are flush inside the camera module. Overall, it is a decent-looking device.

The retail box also looks premium. It comes in a matte black finish with yellow accents. It looks like a signature POCO device package. 5G is also mentioned on the retail box of the POCO X4 Pro.
