Vivo V23 is finally launching in Pakistan. The V23 will be launching in the next 15 days in the Pakistani market. MasTech, the Pakistani tech reviewer, has confirmed the launch timeline for the V23.
What To Expect
Vivo’s launches have been quite disappointing in the past. They have not provided the value-for-money phones they were known for. Moreover, they received backlash for launching devices with high price tags. Let’s see if they will turn the tables around with the V23 series. The same V23 is expected in Pakistan as the one they launched in India.
Vivo V23 Series Specifications
V23 and V23 Pro have a variant with a color-changing back-plate. They come with 90Hz OLED displays. V23 Pro has a 6.56-inch 90Hz 1080p OLED panel with curved edges. While the V23 has a flat 6.44-inch 90Hz 1080p panel, the sides of the phone itself are also flat, reminiscent of the iPhone 12/13 series.
The V23 has a MediaTek Dimensity 920, while the V23 Pro has a Dimensity 1200. Both smartphones have great camera specifications as well. The V23 Pro has a 108-megapixel main camera on the back while the V23 has a main 64MP sensor. Both are joined by 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro lenses. The front cameras are also very impressive. A 50MP main with an 8MP ultra-wide lens housed in the notch up-front offers great versatility and performance as well. All these specifications at just a starting price of 29,990 INR for the V23 base model and 38,990 INR for the V23 Pro base model.
These look like very promising midrange phones, don’t they? It remains to be seen how they will be priced. I think Vivo will learn from their mistakes and price these devices accordingly. Furthermore, it is also not known whether Vivo will launch the Pro model or not. V23 is surely coming soon. However, I think the Pro model may be launched later.
