iQOO 9 series has been leaked before launch on Weibo. iQOO 9 and 9 Pro will be the two models launching in January. Both are set to come with top-end specifications. The Vivo sub-brand will be launching its flagship devices soon in China and the global launch will follow.

iQOO 9

iQOO 9 will be the base model. It will come with the latest Snapdragon 8Gen1. Camera specifications have also been leaked through a poster. The triple-camera setup will include a 50MP main sensor. It will be accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide and a 12MP lens. The selfie shooter will be a 16MP shooter. iQOO 9 series will arrive with the world’s first implementation of the GN5 Micro PTZ 2.0 sensor. Moreover, the display will be a 6.78″ Samsung E5 OLED display. It will most probably be a high refresh rate panel. iQOO 9 will pack a 4700 mAh battery. Furthermore, it will come with 120W fast wired charging.

iQOO 9 Pro

iQOO 9 Pro will be the higher-end variant in this series. It will also arrive with the latest chip from Qualcomm, 8Gen1. For the cameras, it will have the same main 50MP sensor. However, instead of the ultra-wide 14MP sensor, it will have a 50MP fish-eye lens. The third lens will be a 16MP sensor. The front camera will be the same 16MP sensor as the iQOO 9. Furthermore, the display will be a 6.78″ curved E5 OLED screen with 10bit color and 120Hz refresh rate. For the battery, it will pack a 4700 mAh battery. Moreover, it will arrive with 120W fast wired charging as well as 50W fast wireless charging.

Both phones will have an independent display pro chip which helps reduce the rendering burden on GPU while performing graphic-intensive tasks such as gaming. Moreover, both phones will feature an upgraded in-display fingerprint sensor. Both the models will arrive with refreshed designs. Lastly, they will feature dual control pressure sensitivity under their screens.
