Honor in today’s launch event launched their latest flagship Honor Magic 3 Series. The series contains 2 phones. Honor Magic 3, the Honor Magic 3 Pro, and the Magic 3 Pro+. Here is everything you need to know about the three flagships.
Honor Magic 3
Specifications
The Honor Magic 3 comes with the latest Snapdragon 888+, 8GB ram and up to 256GB storage. The device gets a large 6.76″ AMOLED 120Hz display which is IMAX certified. To power it all the phone gets a 4600mAh battery with 66w wired fast charging and 50w wireless.
Camera
The huge circular camera setup on the back reveals a Quad camera system, with the main 50MP, a secondary 64MP monochrome sensor, and a 13MP ultrawide with Laser Autofocus. Both phones come with modes like HDR & autofocus.
For the front camera, we see a pill-shaped notch with the selfie cam and a face recognition sensor. It comes with intelligent focus & a wide-angle selection.

IMAX
It supports 4K HDR videos with DTS audio on HDR10+ displays. Honor says the Magic 3 will be the first smartphone to have the IMAX Enhanced feature offering an expanded aspect ratio and immersive sound.
IP68 Water & Dust Resistant
This series is IP68 resistant.
Honor OS TurboX
This is an AI software turbo that will boost the performance of the phone for a longer time. After years of usage, the AI will still keep the phone feeling fresh. While gaming the TurboX will boost the performance.
Magic LOG
Honor introduced cinema-grade format to the phone industry. The LOG format is like the RAW but consumes less space.
Design
The Magic 3 Series comes with a very bold design. The back ring for the camera is called the Ring Of Muse. The colours are inspired by nature’s timings like the blue hour & the golden hour, representing the actual colours of the Sky at that time. Other than that we see classic white & classic black also.

The 8GB + 256GB variant costs 899 euros.

This phone also comes with very similar specs. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 888+, with 8GB Ram and 256GB base storage. The device gets a curved 6.7″ display. The 4600mAh battery gets filled by 100w fast charging.

Here things get a little interesting. The Magic 3 Pro gets a Penta Camera setup with a 50MP primary lens, a 64MP Telephoto with 3.5x optical, 10x hybrid zoom and, up to 100X digital zoom. A 13MP ultra-wide, a 64MP monochrome sensor and finally an 8X8 dTOF sensor.
For the front camera, we see a pill-shaped notch with the selfie cam and a face recognition sensor. It comes with intelligent focus & a wide-angle selection.

This device gets no extra features. All features here are the same as the Magic 3.
