Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 series today. Consisting of the Mi Pad 5, and the Mi Pad 5 Pro. These are a direct competitor to the Samsung Tab S7 and aims to compete with the latest iPad. Here is everything you need to know about the tablet.
Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 Pro is the latest and greatest tablet offering by Xiaomi.
Specifications
The Mi Pad 5 Pro comes with the Snapdragon 870, and the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes with 6/8GB ram options and 128/256GB storage.
The tablet is fueled by a non-removable 8,600mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. The display is an 11″ inches IPS LCD 120Hz touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It also comes with Dolby vision and 5G.
Camera
This tablet comes with a quad-camera setup including a 13MP + 5MP or 50MP + 5MP in the 5G version.
Dimensions
The dimension of the device measures 8.1mm in thickness and weighs 510 grams.
Features
The smartphone includes Fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, and compass. It gets accessories like the attachable keyboard case and the Mi Stylus. The Tabler also gets dual speakers by Harmon/Kardon with Doby Atomos.
Mi Stylus
The stylus is a Bluetooth enabled stylus, that charges on the side of the Mi Pad, much like the iPad.

2499 yuan ($385) for the 8/128GB model, 2799 yuan ($430) for 6/256GB and finally 3499 yuan ($539) for the 8/256GB model.

The Mi Pad 5 also comes with the Snapdragon 860. It comes with 6/8GB ram options and 128/256GB storage. The tablet is fueled by a Non-removable 8,720mAh battery + Fast charging 33W. The display is an 11″ inches IPS LCD 120Hz touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. This is a Wifi only model.

This model comes with a single 13MP camera

It will get the same features as the Pro model.
Price
1999 yuan ($308) for 6/128GB and 2299 yuan ($354) for the 8/256GB.
