Redmi 10 is leaked in all its glory thanks to a retailer listing. The unreleased smartphone was spotted on a retailer site from Singapore. We now have almost everything about the device including full specifications and price. But before we get started, have a look at Redmi 10’s design. Does it look like a budget phone? I think it resembles the last year’s Mi 10 Ultra!
Redmi 10 Design
The Redmi 9 had a vertical camera setup, and it resembled Redmi Note 8 Pro. However, for Redmi 10 we are going to see big changes. The leaked images of Redmi 10 show its bold language. It surely takes the design language from POCO X3 GT and the Mi 10 Ultra. Although, it is made from polycarbonate unlike glass on higher models. Also, it measures 162 x 75.3 x 8.95mm. Redmi 10 has a huge camera module with a highlighting sensor at the top, while a square box housing other three sensors and an LED flash. Other than the camera, the device looks neat. On the front, a modern punch-hole notch is visible.
Redmi 10 Specifications
According to the listing, the Redmi 10 has a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. We are still in doubt if it is an IPS or AMOLED panel. However, an IPS panel seems more likely. Coming to the camera setup, it has four sensors. Surprisingly, there is a 50MP primary shooter. It will be a big upgrade from Redmi 9’s 16MP shooter. Other than that, it will have 8MP (Probably Ultra-wide, and two 2MP shooters. On the front, there is an 8MP shooter.
Recently announced MediaTek Helio G88 chipset is powering the smartphone. It will be the first time (probably) that will we have a smartphone with this chipset. Helio G-series in the budget are more than welcome for their gaming experience. Anyway, the device has up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Redmi 10 Price
There are three color options for the smartphone: Carbon Grey, Pebble White, and Sea Blue. The listing shows a price tag of SGD249.00 (~183 USD) for the variant 6/128GB. However, it could be a placeholder text rather than the actual price. Anyway, the launch is imminent and we will update you whenever we have the latest news.
