Xiaomi has been teasing the device for quite a while now. And it’s finally launching globally on July 23. Let’s see everything there is to know about the Poco F3 GT
Poco F3 GT
The Poco F3 GT is expected to be a rebranded Redmi K40 Gaming Edition. So, naturally, we expect gaming level specifications and SoC. The device should also retain the physical gaming triggers on the side for that extra gaming performance.
Specifications
The Poco F3 GT comes with a Dimensity 1200 chipset, with 6/8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage. There’s a 6.67″ 1080×2400 120 Hz OLED screen with 1B colours. We do see gaming stereo speakers tuned by JBL, and a 5,065 mAh battery with 67W fast charging.
Camera
We will see a triple rear camera system: a 64MP main, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro. A 16MP selfie camera can also be seen under a hole-punch style notch.
Launch Date
As you may have already seen from the title. The Xiaomi Poco F3 GT is expected on July 23.

However, global pricing still remains a secret. If we take hints from the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition it may be around PKR 40,000 or $400.
Should you buy it?
The device appears to be really good on paper. It is a gaming phone but with a different approach. The design is a lot more subtle than some other companies. The device does come with nice features but according to reviews, the Dimensity 1200 isn’t that powerful. Furthermore, this discussion will be valid after the official pricing is revealed.
