Honor 50 Series Leaked: Design, Specifications, Release Date


Huawei’s next big line of phones namely the Huawei Honor 50 series leaked. Honor 50, Honor 50 Pro, and Honor 50 SE leak in full with specs and images.

Huawei Honor 50


The Honor 50, has a 6.57-inch FHD+ OLED 120Hz display, the Snapdragon 778G chipset, and a 4,300 mAh battery with 66W charging. We can also see up to 8GB RAM & 256GB Storage.


This model measures 159.96 x 73.76 x 7.78 mm, and it weighs 175g.


We see a quad rear camera system (108 MP f/1.9 main, 8 MP f/2.2 ultrawide, 2 MP macro, 2 MP depth), and lastly a 32 MP f/2.2 selfie camera.

Honor 50 Pro

Specifications / Camera

The Honor 50 Pro is identical to the Honor 50, aside from the fact that it sports a bigger 6.72-inch FHD+ OLED 120Hz screen and a secondary 12 MP front-facing camera. The Pro also has support for 100W fast charging, but with a smaller 4,000 mAh battery. That will go from zero to full in 25 minutes.


The Honor 50 Pro weighs 187g and measures 163.46 x 74.66 x 8.05 mm

Honor 50 SE


The Honor 50 SE will be the entry-level model in the range, with a 6.78-inch FHD+ LCD 90Hz display, the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, and a 4,000 mAh battery with 66W fast charging.


The phone will get a triple rear camera setup (100 MP f/1.9 primary, 8 MP f/2.2 ultrawide, 2 MP f/2.4 macro)


It weighs 191g and measures 164.73 x 75.63 x 8 mm.

Launch Date

The official launch event for these phones will take place on 16 June 2021.

All three Honor phones in the series will be coming with the HarmonyOS and won’t have GSM. The phones appear to be heavily directed towards photographers and vloggers.
