Realme 8 5G, this device is expected to launch later this month and the specifications are leaked. From what we know this device appears to be really similar to the V13 5G.
Specifications
The specifications got leaked from multiple sources, and we also do see a Geekbench score of the phone. The phone is powered by the Dimensity 700 SoC, with 8GB ram, 128GB storage, Android 11, and a 5000mAh battery. The device will also feature a side-mounted fingerprint reader and NFC.
The Geekbench results show that the device scored 573 on single-core, and 1779 on Multi-Core.
Design
The company revealed it will unveil the 5G variant on April 21, this announcement comes from Realme’s Thai branch, which posted a short video on its official Facebook account revealing the Realme 8 5G’s design. As you can see there is no huge printing of the “Dare to Leap” text on the back, and it looks way better than the 4G varrient. The back of the device resembles the V13 5G a lot, and so did the specifications. So that’s why we think that it may be a rebranding to launch globally.
If that’s the case then here are the full specifications of the Realme V13 5G, and maybe of the Realme 8 5G as well;
The V13 5G gets powered by the MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 5G SoC, 8GB ram, 128GB storage, and a 5000mAh battery. We see the triple camera setup (48+2+2) on the back and on the front, we see a 6.5″ IPS LCD 90Hz display. The specifications and the design are the same as the Realme 8 5G.
Price of Realme 8 5G
From the Chinese pricing of the V13, we can guess that the Realme 8 will retail around $250 (PKR39K). This device is another mid-range 5G device. From the specifications and the pricing, this phone looks really good and we can’t wait for it to launch.
