Vivo has officially announced its iQOO Neo 5 in the Chinese market. It is a gaming smartphone. With a Snapdragon, 5G supported chip and many more features.
Specifications
The iQOO Neo 5 gets a Snapdragon 870 5G SoC, with 8/12GB ram, 128/256GB storage options, and a 4,400mAh battery with 66w fast charging support (Charging Brick in the box). The Neo 5 has a 6.62″ OLED panel of Full HD+ resolution which also has HDR10+ certification and on top of that a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1000Hz touch sampling rate!
The Camera department is usually not considered to be that important in gaming devices, and it’s the same case with this phone. There is a Triple Camera setup on the back of a main 48MP f/1.8, a 13MP ultrawide unit in addition to two 2MP lenses. The front-facing camera is found to be in a punch hole and has a 16MP sensor.
Other features of the phone include having 5G, an OriginOS user interface that has Multi-Turbo 5.0 feature that boosts the hardware on demand, a 1,300 nits peak display brightness, and attachable accessories like a cooling fan and gamepad.
Colors
The phone is available in 3 colors Night Shadow Black, Cloud Shadow Blue, and Pixel Orange
Price and Availability
The phone will be available from March 22 onwards. The phone will cost CNY 2,499 ($385) for the phone itself. If you choose to buy a package with its accessories it will cost you a different price.
I think for the price, it is a really good gaming phone. Especially with that sleek design, you can use it as a normal phone if you don’t like the bold gaming design.
