Last month, there were new products released and equipped with the newest and powerful chipset the Snapdragon 888 SoC, and also the Samsung S21 Line-Up equipped with its own 5nm Processor the Exynos 2100 were launched to the global market (except U.S, China, Japan, and few other countries) with these making a big change and appearances in the first month of 2021.
The top three 5 nm processors android based phones are currently available to the global market are all together in the ranking list this time. These are the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, Kirin 9000, and the Samsung Exynos 2100. Let’s have a look at what Antutu Ranking For January is, Starting from the Flagship Mobile Phones. ( These model’s data were collected from Jan 1st to Jan 31st, 2021. And are based upon their average scores)

Xiaomi Mi 11, the first phone equipped with Snapdragon’s latest and greatest flagship chipset the 888, leads the chart and has won for the January flagship ranking list. Overtaking the Huawei Mate 40 Pro equipped with the Kirin 9000, which was ranked first, a month ago. The average scores for the Mi 11 and Mate 40 Pro are 707306 and 648929. The Snapdragon 888 overtakes the Kirin 9000 with about 50,000 points ahead. And is currently the highest score on any Android Device.
The third Phone leading in the chart is the Asus ROG Phone 3 equipped with Snapdragon 865 Plus Processor. Asus ROG Phone 3 has been tweaked/cooled and is still standing strong among the top 3 for consecutive months.
And following the Snapdragon 865+, the Exynos 2100 the 5nm brand new flagship processor made by Samsung is 10,000 behind the Snapdragon 865+ and is unfortunately not among the top 3 flagship performances in the chart. The Galaxy S21 Ultra which is their premium highest tier phone equipped with the Exynos 2100 has been lacking. But this doesn’t mean that the Exynos 2100 is worse than any processors above. Samsung has been tweaking quite better and has significantly improved the cooling and also the GPU performance from its previous generation.
And Now with the Mid-Range Phones:

The Honor 30 has been surprisingly been leading with its Kirin 985 equipped for the past 4 months, which is a huge deal considering no other processor hasn’t beaten during that amount of time. The Kirin 985 is slightly inferior when compared to the Kirin 990 in terms of performance. Huawei seems to be implementing these Kirin 985s even in recent smartphones, seems like Huawei is quite confident that the processor will be leading in the Mid-Range segments for months!
The Huawei Nova 7 once again equipped with the Kirin 985 is second on the chart. It is once again the second phone which has been consecutively performing second and pretty well for the past 4 months.
The Third Leading in the chart is the Redmi 10X 5G equipped with the Dimensity 820 custom made and produced by Media Tek, this chipset performs slightly better than the Mediatek 800 and the 800U processors in terms of their performance. So it has achieved a pretty good score.
