OnePlus 8T Pro To Bring Notch-Free Display Back

The Oneplus 8 series was launched in April 2020. 5 months forward, and here we are. The rumors and leaks have started showing for the updated OnePlus 8T series. As you all know, OnePlus typically launches 2 product lines. One is the new-gen OnePlus phones, and later they get updated with the latest specifications.

First, there were rumors that there will be a single OnePlus 8T phone, and OnePlus will skip the 8T Pro. However, a new leak has declined. The latest leaks come from the person who was also involved in leaking OnePlus 8 devices. Hence, we can say that these leaks are trust-worthy.

    OnePlus 8T Pro Specifications

    OnePlus 8T Pro

According to the new leak, there will be a Pro version of OnePlus 8T as-well. The leaked image shows a couple of key specifications of the OnePlus 8T Pro. First, the OnePlus 8T Pro comes with a 6.78-inches curved Fluid AMOLED display. There is a refresh rate of 120Hz as-well.

There is a quad-camera setup on the rear side. Comprising of 48MP+48MP+16MP+5MP sensors. On the front side, there is a high probability of a pop-up camera since there is no notch. Or it could be an under-display camera too, it would make the 8T Pro much more special. I guess OnePlus will leave that for the 9th gen OnePlus devices.

The Pro version comes with Snapdragon 865 Plus. It is the most powerful chipset for Android smartphones. OnePlus also doesn’t compromise on multi-tasking and storage. And hence, it comes with up to 12GB RAM & 256GB internal storage.

Now time will tell if there will be an OnePlus 8T Pro. However, it seems OnePlus will be targeting at full view display and a new processor for the 8T series. Are you excited about the OnePlus 8T smartphones? Let me know in the comments section below!
