Space Wired Earphones Review: Should You Buy Them?

Usually, I keep local handsfree along with my Wireless Earbuds. As I don’t want the late latency in gaming to ruin my PUBG Mobile gameplay. And on average, the local handsfree runs for me at least a month or two. Thankfully, I bought 2 pairs of handsfree just a day before the first lockdown and they ran pretty well. But as usual, they broke. And now I had to buy some online because. And I finally came across Space-Tech.

I ordered 3 pairs of Earphones including Vibrate Dual Speaker Earphones, Urban Extra Bass Earphones, and Signature Earphone series. Two of them were priced the same while Vibrate Dual Speaker came at a slightly higher price of Rs.699. So how was my experience? Find out below!

Vibrate Dual Speaker Earphones Review

Driver Unitɸ 10mm
Impedance32Ω Ohms
Frequency20-20kHz
Sensitivity90dB ± 3dB
Cord Length100cm
Audio Jack3.5mm

Reasons to Buy

  • Good sound quality

Reasons to Avoid

  • No advantage of dual speakers
  • Not durable

First, let’s talk about the most expensive out of the three. The Vibrate Dual Speaker Earphones come at a price tag of Rs.699 at the sale and as the name suggests, it comes with dual speakers. There are two speakers in each earphone making a grand total of four, as said by the product description. But in a nutshell, they were my worst purchase.

The box was luxurious compared to the other two, although you only get the Earphones without extra earpieces. Which is a big drawback since there are people with different ear sizes. Anyways, moving to the earpiece, you get a rugged cable. The in-ear earphones are comfortable. The silicone ear tip offers a great seal that can provide good noise isolation.

The sound quality on the earphones is excellent for the price point. Though, the earbuds feature just acceptable bass and treble. I didn’t feel any advantage of the dual speakers on the earphones, which makes it just a marketing gimmick. Even with good sound quality, there is no point in buying the Vibrate Dual Speakers Earphones. Just after a day of usage, the sound stopped coming out from one of the sides, and then you have to tilt the handsfree to get audio from both ends. This is what happens after a MONTH of usage from local Rs.100 handsfree on the other hand the Rs. 699 earbuds failed to run even for one whole day. I don’t know if there is any refund policy or not, but they should introduce one since I saw this issue is also mentioned by customers on their website.

Urban Extra Bass Earphones Review

Driver Unitɸ 10mm
Impedance32Ω Ohms
Frequency20-20kHz
Sensitivity90dB ± 3dB
Cord Length120cm
Audio Jack3.5mm

Reasons to Buy

  • Extra Bass
  • Build Quality

Reasons to Avoid

  • Low Mic Volume

The second product I purchased is the Urban Extra Bass Earphones, they come at a price tag of Rs.399. Like its elder brother, the box only includes Urban Extra Bass Earphones excluding the extra earpieces. First of all, the Extra Bass earphones come with a trendy design language even the auxiliary cable is having a different design that can be liked or disliked according to the situation.

The earphones feature an inbuilt Mic and Remote for answering the calls. It does not include volume up and down options. The mic is not the best, while playing PUBG mobile multiple teammates complained about the mic I am using.

Anyway, the biggest pro of the earphone is the bass. If you are a bass lover, then I can suggest you Urban Extra Bass Earphones. The sound quality on the other hand is okay-ish considering the discounted price of Rs.399.

Signature Earphone Series Review

Driver Unitɸ 10mm
Impedance32Ω Ohms
Frequency20-20kHz
Sensitivity90dB ± 3dB
Cord Length100cm
Audio Jack3.5mm

Reasons to Buy

  • Good sound quality
  • Reliability

Reasons to Avoid

  • Not for Bass lovers
  • Might be tiring for ears

I bought the Signature earphone series that comes at a price tag of Rs.399. The main highlight of the Signature Earphones is a good audio quality for an affordable price tag. These are by far the most durable earphones I bought from Space.

The sound quality, bass, and treble are just acceptable. There is a mic with a button to receive and hang up calls.

The comfort of these earphones is not so impressive. You can be tired up before reaching the interval of a movie using these earphones. The ear tip sits firmly in the ear providing good noise isolation. I would say I am happy for the Rs.399 spend on Signature Earphone Series.

Final Verdict

So my final verdict on Space earphones is that they are confusing the consumers by putting so many earphones at the same price. Secondly, they should provide better quality. And thirdly, don’t judge a book by its cover (Vibrate Dual Speakers Earphones)
